Product Description

MegaMan and Battle Network pal, Lan, are in trouble again. It's only been a month since the evil WWW terrorist's attempts to hijack an important military satellite was shut down. And, yet, Cyberspace is about to be hit by an even more resilient, never-seen-before-now virus, code-named “Zero”. What is this new strain of virus that dares attack? Who is at the root of this new evil? It's up to you, Lan and Mega Man to terminate this seemingly impermeable and decidedly relentless new enemy!

This game was trash

I thought of it just now, & have uber negative nostalgia about it; it was such a waste of money, back in 2003... lol It was very poorly designed; the levels were super hard, & punishing—you constantly had to restart from the very beginning when you'd mess up. The idea of a platform MMBN game was cool, & ambitious, but I don't think the developers put enough effort into making the game balanced—or they were just a bunch of sadists. I mean, the game had a lot of potential, but it was kind of a "claustrophobic experience," I would say; i.e., your character sprite was very big, & the environment was pretty cramped... And I remember the battle chip system being very awkward & tortuous.

This gamecube megaman installment is not like the other network transmission games its not a card game but a brutal platformer rpg. Like classic megaman The game starts out simple but is the one of the most complicated because of the rpg element it is down right difficult and intricate both in story and the platforming. Game map is huge the battle ststem is both new and old the characters are deep.. I give it 5 stars and one of the best megaman games because it is original and was not what you expected.one

People give this game way to much awful things these days. They whine about the voices, guess what? Those are the original Japanese ones. You complain when they dub and when they leave the original you act like hypocritical moron about it. This game is a challenging one but toughen up and get some dang skills you wimps. Hands down this is a wonderful game.

Bringing back the old

Well, first thing i noticed about it, the net controls, they're much like the original Megaman controls, just with the Chip function (almost the same HP, MP, and lives meters, as well), sadly, the voiceovers are in JP, but most of it is just text, anyway. there's just 1 problem with it though, in the Manual, it says Higsby runs a resturant, and, if you're a fan of the Battle Network Mega Man series, you know he runs a Chip shop. anyway, everything else is run like the Battle Network games for the GBA, except the way you move around is the Map. but, because of the original Mega Man style controls, it's kinda hard to dodge attacks. Anyway, It's kinda New (or new as Battle Network) school meets old school kinda game. I would recommend this for lovers of the old style Mega controls
