I bought this a while back and it works real well!

I used to play this on my best friend's gba, but I played it again recently and....well it wasn't as good as I remembered. I used to love it but the sequel is better anyway.

Donkey Kong Country is an awesome portable game. The game for the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) is just as awesome except this one is portable. Anyone who wants this game but is not sure about it, get it before it is no longer available. Happy Gaming! :-)

This game is a great classic and the storyline is good. Although the graphics arn't the best this game is one of top class gameboy games. Buy it.

I was excited to get this game to bring back the memories of the game on SNES. If you can though, play it on SNES or Wii download. The controls are much better than on Game Boy Advance and a little harder. Still the greatest game ever made.

donkey kong country is a fun game all gamers should know about.It is filled with adventure,puzzles,mystery and bosses to battle.you must play through different worlds and enemies.I recommend all gamers to play this game.

The first thing I have to say is that the Donkey Kong Country franchise is my favorite and donkey kong country 1 is my favorite game. This port on the GBA is just okay. They turned great music of the original and made them remixed that are not as good. Also the graphics aren't as nice looking than as on the snes. Also the sound is awfull compared to the snes version. Also the game play is the same style but it just doesn't have the same feel as the Donkey Kong Country for the snes did. If you really want to play this game go buy a Super Nintendo and buy Donkey Kong Country and you will forget that this port ever existed. If you grew up with this game and want to get it again don't get this port. I think it's great that they are getting people to love classic gameing but theyshould have just left the series on the snes.

Play Two Great Mini Games - Funky's Fishing, and Candy's Dance Studio. The graphics to the game are amazing, the speed overall is a little more unbalanced as the experience with the version for the Game Boy Color. Good thing is if you Don't have a Game Boy you can play this Game on your DS, or DS Lite. If you get this game you will be so happy and won't regret it a bit. Most of the Characters are the same and some new levels, the Graphics are a huge improvement from other Donkey Kong Games where the graphics where a nightmare. If you like Mario this will be a million times better because it is a lot more action and not as short as the mario Games are.
