Great sound and batteryWorks great. The sound is amazing and Battery has outlasted my gaming sessions by far. I played a 10 hour day and even streamed a YouTube channel at the same time. Still had 43% battery left. Super happy. The only thing I wish was easier is switching Bluetooth devices. Seems to need to be repaired each time.

Major Wireless Connectivity IssuesThe headset has major wireless connectivity issues and will require reconnection at least 2 times in a 4 hour gaming window with intermittent stuttering or clicks mixed into that time frame. It is pretty comfortable on your head but that does not outweigh the problems with the wireless Microsoft software being used to connect to the headset.

Absolute junk! They cut out after the first day of use. I exchanged the first pair as I thought it was just a faulty set. Nope, they cut out and turn off 7-15 times per hour. I waited too long to return the second set. I’m out $200. DONT BUY!!! READ THE REST OF THE ONLINE REVIEWS ANYWHERE, they all say the same thing.

Build quality is terrible.I bought this headset back in the middle of july and I'm happy with the purchase, but the. Build quality is terrible. Let me first off say the sound quality is great and it sounds very clear. The comfort is fantastic I can wear this headset all day. Ok now to talk about the headset there's a difference between wear and tear on a product this product came out brand new in april 2019 and I bought it brand new in gamestop in the middle of july. Today a piece inside the metal part where it connect the ear cup to the head band popped out and now the right ear cup is hanging off the side. I've never dropped or damaged this headset at all, in fact I have a headset stand that I bought for it and always put it there when I was done. This is a manufacturing defect and this needs to be addressed as I spent 200$ like everyone else.

Great! but...Headset is very comfortable, has great sound but my first pair just stopped working, they were stuck on the on position but they were off at the same time. Could not get to reconnect them to the Xbox so I got a second pair and so far so good, hope they don’t do the same thing again.

Does this headset also work with PC and mobile since it has Bluetooth?
Asked by: marcus489
Yes, it can work on PC via two methods. First is if you have the Microsoft Xbox Wireless Adapter for PC it will sync wireless with that (just like an Xbox One controller). Second you could use it with Windows via a 3.5 mm analog port on your PC or laptop (or Nintendo Switch, or Android phone for that matter). As for Bluetooth - yea it'll work with Android and iOS phone perfectly using Bluetooth.

I assume these will also work for the ps4 either through Bluetooth or a 3.5mm Jack into the bottom of the dualshock 4?
Asked by: Ryan1385
No, this headset is built specifically for Xbox. There is no way to use it with a PS4.

Does this headset have a warranty that comes standard without purchasing additionally?
Asked by: TImC89
Their website indicates that there is a year warranty applying to manufacturer defects through an authorized reseller or their website, but they may redirect to regional distributor for warranty services if it’s through a third party. Should probably contact SteelSeries for specifics unless Gamestop has warranty conditions that apply.

How long is the charging process? And it’s lasting
Asked by: Anonymous
Took about 2 hours to charge originally & can last up to 20 hours straight or days if used for 2 or 3 hours at a time.
I had it off for over a week while I was on Vacation & it was fully charged when I came home
