    No batteries needed, just a charger cord to plug it in. It comes with a small charging usb cord, but I use the same cord to chatge my headset as my Samsung phone. Hope this helped.

    If you buy online, it’s usually the first 30 days of receiving the item, but if you buy from any GameStop location you could ask on how long the warranty will be but they may add an extra couple dollars on to cover the warranty

    Q: I purchased these on here and Mine are just playing the noise/game out of one side.... is it suppose to do that? Or is it suppose to come out of both ear pieces?

    Make sure that the piece in the headset is pushed all the way until you hear a click. Also make sure the piece into the controller or adapter is plugged all the way in.

    Yes they are universal. The A10s are mainly for the Xbox but are compatible with other systems. I use mine for the PS5. But I have used mine for my series X as well. All Astro head sets are forward compatible

    All headsets should be compatible with both, I have no problems at all with this headset, but if you're willing to spend the money I'd recommend the steelseries Arctis 9. This is a really good headset for the price range though

      They sound great and are very comfortable even while wearing glasses. These are wired and the cord is good quality. Flip up to mute the mic is a nice feature. I haven’t used the mic yet so I can’t really comment on its quality. I’m very pleased with them. They also work well with my iPad.

      My headset barely worked at all. for one my delivery came in a week late and then i plug it up into my xbox controller and it doesn’t let me use my mic. i can’t talk to my friends online and my left ear doesn’t work. same thing for my gaming laptop. i can’t use my mic at all. definitely don’t recommend this product

      I have used these headphones for about a year now they sound good but the cloth gets dirty and is now very uncomfortable if you play with a hoodie or something around your head with the headset on top than there great but if you don’t try to buy a better headset or a more comfortable one.

      Had some troubles at first with getting it to work. When plugging the cord in you have to push a little bit harder than with the average headset. Almost sent it back cause I thought it was busted. Other than that it's a great headset with good sound quality and a good mic
