Yes you should! I don’t know how many times I have bought a controller and two months later the thumbstick is broken from a unseen accident. Now a warranty on a dishwasher is a different story.

So 3rd time getting this control refurbed.. received this as a Xmas present.. worked amazing then almost a year later before warranty expired.. the LB & RB buttons popped off as controller would vibrate from game play the would moved from out of its place.. know that I’ve never dropped my controller all I did is plug and play and press buttons.. so got it refurb from that.. then I get second time a refurb controller that one only lasted 3-4 months then analogs started drifting away the controller wouldn’t charge anymore.. so took it to back to gamestop.. you know what they say 3rd times is a charm.. wrong.. got this controller sent out to the store for me to pick up.. I added warranty on the spot.. the controller in its case had this heavy cigar smell.. I couldn’t handle the smell so took it home let it air out.. finally after a couple days I started playing COD with my pals.. man it sucks right analog drifts to the right.. only issue and it’s annoying.. works fine when playing gta or assassins creed but shooting games.. not friendly... so at this point idk what to do.. I wanna go back to gamestop and ask them to order one from the warehouse maybe two and if possible a new one not a refurbed one.. as for now I haven’t had the chance to go but if I do go I’ll follow up with a repost of this.. so be on the look out.. let’s see what happens 4th time might be the new charm..

The grip, d-pad, separate batteries for me to use rechargeables, and responsiveness of the thumbsticks. Unfortunately within two weeks of light playing, my left stick began drifting a lot despite being careful with the controller.
