the game would be so much better with split screen and online multiplayer but other than that its a good game
I played Pro Skater 5 on PS4 at launch. It was one of the most horrible games i ever played. In November, a new patch was released for the game which fixed most of the issues with the game. And i don't have PSN to download the patch. So I had to stay with the broken game. Then, the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 version's release dates were confirmed. They also said the last gen ports will have that essential patch already on the disc. So, i picked up the Xbox 360 version to see if things have improved. They have, but the game is still not very good. First of all, they fixed the star system. Now all of the stars that you earned from all of the levels carry over between levels making it easier to unlock new levels. Also, the physics have been improved. Now, you can change the slam button to double tap. That was the most annoying and glitchy thing from the PS4 version, and now you can essentially turn it off. These improvements are great, but they didn't change the levels. There are only like 3 actually fun levels in the game. And there are only 7 levels. I finished the game and unlocked all of the levels in about 2 hours. And those 2 hours were really annoying due to another thing that they didn't fix. The missions. They are still glitchy, They still barely work, and they are repetitive. After you spend those 2 hours unlocking all of the levels, you probably won't want to replay it after that. And even for $30, it's still not worth it.
