Im not a motocross fan myself but hands down this is one of my favortie games. I am more of a car racing person but in the moment i started playing this game i was hooked. Sounds are really good. Graphics are good but could be a just a tad bit better. Only thing i can complain about is i wish your bike was louder which really is nothing to complain about lol. Anyways if you like any type of racing you will for sure like this game. Takes time to get used to even after your used to it you still will wipe oout. 10/10 for me.
The game is good overall. Definitely better than MX Vs ATV Supercross. The physics are more realistic as well as the gameplay (compared to Supercross). The problem I have is the games career mode begins to get repetitive after a whille and the AI is just to easy to beat even on the hardest difficulty. My only other complaint is there is a lack of customization. You can't customize your bike (you can tune it though). The only thing you can customize on your rider is the color of his name and the helmet he wears. Other than that, your pants, boots, gloves, etc. are all changed based on your sponsor.
Ok, so I recently got MX GP in the mail, I was anxious to play this game because I grew up in the Motocross/Supercross life with my family, I muust say that this game is AMAZING and I've played Motocross/Supercross games dating all the way back to McGrath Supercross 98, MTX Moto Trax, MX vs. ATV's, the arcade supercross games and this game beats them all in actual likeness, it's literally like you are on the track with them. Defenite 10/10
extremely underrated game that is head and shoulders above every mx game ive played in the last ten years. Anyone that likes realistic racing games will love this one. You actually get practice& quali sessions, setups, etc. Career mode follows a calendar, not just random events. No backflips or jumping off massive cliffs or any dumb stuff like that. My only complaints are that the AI are a bit easy and graphics could improve some but neither stop you from enjoying the game at all. Definitely worth the money!
