A Tough Game, But A Really Fun WorkoutI've always wanted to be a contestant on Wipeout since it came out on TV. Since I can't, I buy the Wipeout video games for Xbox 360. Wipeout 2 is a really fun game, and it can be tough to beat. The new courses and replay are awesome. I love some of the new obstacles they came up with for the game. Also, putting Winter Wipeout in there was cool. A great job with the Behind The Scenes footage, too. Overall, I really love this game and highly recommend it.

Terrible GameThe game designers should b ashamed of releasing such a poor game. The controlls are absolutely aweful (beyond aweful, aweful is givnig them to much credit!) When you jump it responds seconds later. When you stop running you avatar continues to run so you fall off of every edge. Only get this game if you have a 5 year old that doesn't know any better. One of the absolute worst games I have ever spent money on.

Not Ready For PrimetimeLet me start off by saying my son and I are avid Wipeout fans and have been playing the first wipeout game for Wii a long time. We were excited when we saw Wipeout 2 for Kinect and immediately started thinking about the potential. That excitement quickly turned into frustration after a few tries with the game. It's a great theory that isn't executed very well in regard to the Kinect sensor. Most of the time your character is doing something completely different than your body motions. Before you start to question the basics like "is this guy's Kinect setup right, is he in the optimal place for the camera? Let me tell you that we've played a handful of kinect games with no problems yet. Aside from the horrid control response, the game sometimes swallows parts of the graphics and scenery. At times your character can be standing and their feet will disappear into the platform they are staring on. Activision should have done further testing before releasing this title. It's a shame I can't return it and get my money back. Buyer Beware.

Wipeout 2: Shouldn't have been MadeI bought this game because I heard the first one was an absolute must have. Now I've never played the original before, but when I first turned off Wipeout 2, I was really hoping that this was not the same as the first. To make a long story short, it isn't. The computer is annoying and will constantly shove you back on a level so much, that you're practically re-spawning, and then falling right back into water. Needless to say, it gets REALLY ANNOYING! However, the graphics and sound are fairly good, but when it comes to gameplay and sound, I was disappointed. The game is fun for about five minutes, until you're forced to turn it off and nearly chuck your Xbox out the window. The only time I really play this is at parties, or some gathering. All in all, I think they should've left it at one, and kept the thought of a sequel in their head (for A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT!).
