For being released around 2009-2010, the graphics and racetracks are quite immersive, and the effects are outstanding. However, there are a few cons to be aware of in this game. Here’s a few pros and cons (includes personal opinion)
-decent graphics for its time
-a large selection of racers, about twenty
-an immersive mission mode
-plenty of things to unlock, including racers, music, tracks, and ranks.
-a hilarious announcer (Optional)
Now for some cons:
-the power-ups are very limited and overpowering. You could be way ahead of the race in first place and all of a sudden you’re hit with a homing rocket and then you get pushed back to fifth place. If you like a challenge, then this couldn’t really be considered a con.
-there are plenty of glitches, like falling through the Sandy Drifts track on a certain turn, and flying through gates. I don’t experience this often, though, hopefully you won’t.
I can’t think of much else right now. Just know that if you’ve played SASASR:Transformed and you enjoyed it, you’ll probably enjoy this title as well. Very underrated, well performing game perfect for any SEGA fan.
