Is Beautiful Katamari compatible 2ith Xbox one?

I don’t believe it is. Found an article that says the team at Microsoft who worked on porting old games to Xbox one has been shut down and is now going to be working on Xbox’s new consoles. Beautiful Katamari is one of the games that did not get the backwards compatibility treatment.
