Previously owned means that it was, well, owned before you purchased it. If it was refurbished, it could mean that the system came to Gamestop with a problem and they sent it to their warehouses to be professionally repaired and fine-tuned

    Overall the Xbox itself is in good shape it’s the controller that has issues with sticking in certain directions and you have to manipulate it to fix it. Sometimes it’s easy and other times it’s harder.
