Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter
Or use an Ethernet cable. This allows Xbox to connect wirelessly to WiFi, but there is an Ethernet port in the back so you can connect wired directly from Xbox to router with the ethernet cable and ports.
Yes. Although, all 360s also have an ethernet port, too. But, if, for whatever reason, ethernet is out, just plug this adapter into the back and voila, now your 360 can pick up wifi signals. To get YouTube, Netflix, etc you just downoad them directly with your wifi connected 360.
Have you seen wreck it Ralph? This adapter literally takes you into the internet.
It strengthans your network and helps with your memory
No. This gets internet to your console without running a cord. It has nothing to do with controllers.
Yes - we have it on our Xbox 360 Arcade. Works great, never had a problem with it in the 3 years we've had it.
If it’s a older Xbox 360 like mine with no WiFi you need the adapter to use WiFi. You can use a hot spot to get it online but I wouldn’t do it if you want to download games they are very large and would use up all your data. You don’t need the adapter to use Netflix but you have to be online either by WiFi or hard wired . And yes to can surf the web on a 360 it has a web browser
Thank you for your question Kathy27, The Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter was only for the original model Xbox 360 which did not have a built in wireless adapter. If your Xbox 360 is already connected to your wifi network, you do not need this accessory.
It’ll work. But it won’t be super crazy fast.
Well, the one with two antennas is SUPPOSED to have better connection and better range because of the extra antenna. But I have had both and I cant seem to find a difference. So, safely you could get either one and have the same results.
