Great for hardcore gamer. This product is great for someone who plays long periods. The reason I got this product was because I bought a Turtle Beach X12, which connects to my controller and uses some of my battery power. For 3 days I played 2 hr. each and my battery died because of my Turtle Beaches, but after I got this charger it lasted quite awhile. I like that the cord is 11 ft. long. I would recommend this product to anyone.

overall a good product and worth the buyThis is a great product the cord is long! which helps and it works great ive had no problems with it at all. It charges my battery in like an hour and fully charges it too plus it cost less then the one from Microsoft

Worked great.. for a dayIt worked great at first. I could play and charge and not have to worry about battery life. The next day, it could constantly disconnect my control (even though the battery said 4 bars when I used it wirelessly). Soon later, it would not work at all. It could not charge, and it would not even connect. I have 3 friends who have experienced the same problem. I recommend looking elsewhere.

sadly, horrible.I got the bigger package of this (two battery packs, a cradle and the cord) the cord never worked, but since i had the cradle and two batteries it wasn't that big of a deal to me. I used it for like two months and noticed the play time was getting shorter every time i charged them, by the end of it i was down to like 5 minutes, so i just threw them out.. it's okay if you just need something for a temporary basis, but if you are needing something more permanent, just get the Microsoft one..

A great alternative to the Microsoft play n'chargeI bought this battery kit a little over three weeks ago, and have only charged it three times, including the first charge when I got it. The first charge got me through about a week's worth of gaming, and not some silly one-hour a night gaming. I just finished my semester at college. I am home for break, and my battery kit lasted a week on one charge. That should say enough for the quality of this battery, to be honest. Otherwise, if you can get over how different the battery actually looks, and the fact that it isn't a Microsoft brand battery, you should be fine, and i would recommend this to anybody in a heartbeat. The only issue that i have with the thing is that it takes a little longer than most to charge, but thats made up for by its amazing performance.

Batteries arent all created equal.I bought this battery kit and enjoyed it for a month or so. I bought this when I got my xbox thinking a battery is a battery. WRONG. Not only is it a way lower quality than the Xbox made battery kit, I think using regular AA batteries lasts longer. Total play time fully charged is about 2 hrs (if your lucky). Like a cell phone from the 80's every time it gets charge it loses a little bit of the charge it can hold. First charge was about 3 hrs play time, the second charge was about 2.5 hrs play time and the third time it was charged it lasted maybe 1.5 hrs of playtime. After that it seemed as if though it wouldn't hold a charge at all. Even plugged into the game system it wont work. Also the charge lights are backwards Green when not charged, Red when "charged". Since this battery I have purchased the two battery quick charger and 3 batteries all made by microsoft. My advise is this, if you want a rechargeable battery for your wireless Xbox controller wait and buy the one made by Microsoft. It is only like $4 more and so much more reliable its not even funny. You could literally go through like 4 of these battery kits and I'll still be using my one Microsoft battery happily. Bottom line, DONT PURCHASE THIS BATTERY KIT. Please help show companies like this that cheaply made products put out just to make a quick buck wont be tolerated. BOYCOTT NYKO!

Nyko Charge KitI would like to start off by saying this I have 3 of these 1 for each of my controllers. I have not had any issues so far and its been a couple months since I bought the first one. Now I just bought two for X-Mas and they work just like the first one. I like it really because it comes with a very long cord that can connect by usb and can even be charged by USB which is really helpful to me as I do not like to leave my xbox on while it charges the batteries. So I can use my computer over night and it would be done, Although the package does say it can stay charged for up to 25 hours it does not stay charged that long, But it is better than putting AA batteries into it which can only last a week and I have to buy new ones. This way I can charge the controller when playing at the same time. You should Charge the Battery before using as I did not do that for my first one and I can tell a small difference in the other two of how long it stays charged. Overall this product is a great product and it is worth buying if you are a gamer like me. If you are a moderate player you be okay with just using AA batteries or buying a Wired controller but I like my freedom away from the Xbox 360.
