F-Zero x Splatoon x Jet Set Radio soundtrack!!I really love this game! Bought it because it was pretty cheap. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised! It fills my itch for a new F-Zero pretty well and has a unique spin on the genre. You have the ability to paint the track. Then when you are on your paint color you get a speed boost. The longer you stay on your color, the faster you’ll go. Throw in a Jet Set Radio like soundtrack and you have a fantastic game! Highly recommend!

not the right choiceThe controls aren't great and its hard for my son to even place in the game, winning is based on a couple different parameters, its not very well explained how to meet some of them. Just a cheap race game nothing special or really cool about it, kiddo was disappointed.

Fun, but big jump in difficultyOverall, it's a fun game. The music is funky and fun, and I like the teamwork aspect. You can plan a route (in Custom Mode) in advance with your friend to maximize your performance. The one ding I give it is that there aren't any "intermediate" levels. There's one oval track, and the next one jumps straight to hairpin turns and multiple paths. That makes it kind of challenging for younger/newer players.

EhIt’s kind of like a mix between a splatoon and f-zero, which on paper seems amazing, but in game the controls are to sensitive (f-zero relationship) but it doesn’t fit in with the theme. Besides that it’s a good 5 minute time waster
