I waited years for another metal gear. Obviously this was just a tease till the phantom pain came out. More of a glorified demo. But excellent nonetheless. I just wish it was longer. But I'm a die hard metal gear fan. So I love it.
I was so excited when I bought this game because I am a fan of the Metal Gear Solid series and I've played all the games. When I finished the first mission and I saw the credits I was very disappointed. This was just a demonstration of the actual game, Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes Phantom Pain. I passed this game in 30 minutes. I think this game should have been a demo given in PSN rather than sold at store. Completely disappointed.
This game is quite an amazing piece of art/entertainment. I personally have been waiting for a new MGS release for 3+ years now, and finally it has come out!!! Although the main campaign is quite short (which I knew before purchasing) it still has massive replay value and just makes you want to play The Phantom Pain even more once it is finally released. I already have over 8 hours into the game and I only have a 9% completion rating. So if that doesn't tell you that this game has plenty to offer, than I don't know what will. All I can say now is if you are a Metal Gear fan as I am, then this is a MUST BUY for you! BRING ON TPP!!!!
this is by far one of the best and one of the worst games I ever played and here is why. Graphics: Beyond any I ever seen just reeking of awesomeness. Sound: great but im not used to hearing somebody else's voice coming from snake. Length: poorly I can not explain how disappointed I was beating everything in a half hour arrrrggghhhh how appalling from and for a metal gear game. I will highly talk about it all but for metal gear phantom pain is like this but hopefully longer gameplay instead of yeah woo hoo im playing im playing awwww that's it credits rolling gameover sheesh well I will continue with my metal gearness since I have then all have fun gamers
the absolute worst in the series. bad controls,poor rehashed story, playing the same map through the game after each mission only with new objectives. yeesh!!!! how lazy were the creators riding on an old horse. I'm am completely shocked Kojima would put this junk out. would have been ok in 2003, maybe. I think this is the last we'll see of snake unfortunately, well maybe in the used bins.
