I could find no PS2 that would play this old CD-ROM blue-backed disc. When my slim PS2 wouldn't play it, regardless of setting changes or the "tape trick", I bought a used PS3 at a local Gamestop, being told that particular PS3 was PS2 backwards-compatible. Nope, it wasn't, but no biggie, I kept it. Bought a refurbished fat PS2 online from Gamestop, to go with my slim that wouldn't play it. Would the fat one play this disc? No. Also regardless of changing the settings and the tape trick. Finally resulted to ripping the disc with my PC and playing on an emulator, with egregious slowdown throughout. Terrible experience. Gamestop should stop selling these old blue-backed CD-ROM PS2 discs.
