However, my first copy of the game didn't work but the customer service helped me as soon as I contacted them (it was a wait but it was worth it) and they quickly sent a replacement copy! I had a great experience

Rated 5 out of 5 by oboy98 from The best old school RE I was a toddler when these games came out so I have no real nostalgia for them, but even then, I am still in love with the style of the Resident Evil series. Out of all the old ones I've played so far, this is the best one. The story moves along at a faster pace. The multiple scenarios adds more replay-ability. Cheats and extra game modes are great for screwing around. Even though it takes place in a city, you still get creepy mansion vibes and good scares. A great game that I plan on playing through many times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CarlCS98 from RE2 - One of the best survival horror games ever! Bought this a couple of weeks ago from Gamestop online and my copy works just fine. I had to get the box and manual separately but the disc was all I needed to start having fun. I completed all the campaigns and unlocked the bonus weapons which make the game even more interesting. Highly recommend this game to any RE fan or you could just wait until the remake releases.

How come the product details doesn't say if or if not the game comes with multiple discs.

Because it's a single-disc game. I was confused too but all of the campaigns and scenarios are on one disc for the GameCube release. Arrange mode, Original mode, Leon A/B, Claire A/B, Extreme Battle, 4th Survivor, and Tofu are all on the disc.
