It was like reliving my childhood days of going to my friend's house and spending the day playing classics like Golden Axe, Altered Beast, and Streets of Rage. I do wish they had included Truxton, though, as that was one of my favorites.

It's a massive collection - possibly the biggest in one release? - of classic Sega games. If you've never played them, then just go in knowing these were from a different time. If you grew up with them like my wife and I did, well... welcome back to childhood, you lucky so and so!

The Sega Genesis Classics Collection is all on a single disc. It contains over 50 games, you can create a save file for each game and save your progress at any point during play. There is also a great collection of classic art and information for each game. If you are looking for the actual console preloaded with games you want the Sega Genesis Mini console.
