If you're looking for a non-mario golf sim on Switch this is pretty much your only option. Those familiar with the old EA sports golf game will jump right in with little difficulty. Presentation suffers from lack of spectators on the Switch version. Feels very much like pandemic golf sadly. All in all though it's good enough to scratch the itch for anyone wanting a realistic golf sim on the Switch.
Very good game. Fun to play. Has a few bugs but none that prevent me from giving it five stars.
This game crashes way too often, totally unacceptable for a full price game. The skill development through play and equipment upgrades is nearly non-existent. Example, the upgraded driver gives 1 yd more distance. The swing controls are very inconsistent. The lack of crowds in career mode, while currently relevant, are a disappointment.
There's lots of visual bugs and consistent game crashes. Some features missing like the crowd. Shadows are bugged and will consistently see an all black screen. Hopefully they'll come out with a patch to fix all the visual bugs and consistent software crashes.
The game itself is great to play, and I am happy I bought it. Two huge things need to be addressed for this game to deserve a higher rating. 1. The constant terms of condition screens and things you have to sign and agree to are absurd! I’ve never had to sign so many legal documents to play a game! 2. The game bugs out or crashes every other game I play. It needs to be fixed. I’ve never played such a buggy game.
