The Talos Principle is a philosophical first-person puzzle game from Croteam, the creators of the legendary Serious Sam series, written by Tom Jubert (FTL, The Swapper) and Jonas Kyratzes (The Sea Will Claim Everything). . As if awakening from a deep sleep, you find yourself in a strange, contradictory world of ancient ruins and advanced technology. Tasked by your creator with solving a series of increasingly complex puzzles, you must decide whether to have faith, or to ask the difficult questions: Who are you? What is your purpose and what are you going to do about it?

The Talos Principle: Road to Gehenna will consist of 4 episodes, and will feature hard puzzles for experienced players who climbed the Tower and were left longing for more. Our writers, Tom Jubert and Jonas Kyratzes, have taken on the task of showing you an entirely different side of Elohim's world. Your journey to Gehenna will not only introduce you to new characters, but to a whole new society with its own history and philosophy.

I played this on PC, but it's one of the best puzzle games ever. It has a lot of dialogue that may or may not be of interest; either way, it's an incredibly good puzzler. It's creative and well-designed and large. It has a pretty beautiful atmosphere. But the main draw is the puzzles.
This game is a masterpiece. The voice acting is top notch. The world building is top notch. The plot is top notch. The puzzles are top notch. The graphics are top notch. The story is among my favorites in any form of media Get this game.
So far I'm loving this game. The puzzles are fun to try to solve and the world environments are beautiful and varied.
This is really not the type of game I usually buy but something made me grab it. It is a puzzle game but in a different sort. You are forced to figure out how to open gates, avoid objects and move items all while having this mystical voice guide you on your quest. The graphics are amazing and the puzzles get more difficult as the game progresses. There is really no action in it so if ya like a lot of that well, ya might want to pass on this one. If you are looking for a game that will chew up good chunks of time while testing your intellect, well grab it.
I love logic puzzles. I also like the philosophy part of the game. It is also interesting that there is this God like force. Makes you ask yourself if you will defy it or obey.
