Recommended for fans of turn-based battles, creature collectors, dungeon crawlers, or Shin Megami Tensei. +Visuals/art style +Voiced dialogue +Tons of enemy types to recruit +Story +Dungeon crawling +Skill variety and swapping +Tons of equipment and treasure -Very little is animated -Benefits of one creature over another is not always clear -Chests are tiring, ALL are trapped

Inspired by the original Persona (Playstation 1)

The Lost Child reminds me of the original Persona (Playstation 1 era) with updated graphics and Angel & Demons theme. I'm personally not a fan of the 1st person point of view / dungeon navigation (and this applied to the original Persona as well). If you like the original Persona, or love the persona concept of capturing creatures to put in you party, this game may be for you.

SMT:Nocturne in a cheap suit

Pretty good for a FPDC with deamon fusion at its core, but lackluster battle mechanics and a void of compelling interpersonal character connections leaves this El Shaddai follow-up a slightly overpriced Nocturne.

Neat little dungeon crawler with your typical heaven underworld lovecraft themes mixed with pokemon . Like any dungeon crawler does get repetitive if you grind so do it in Short spurts.

Pretty solid wizardry style game but story presentation is overdone. Difficulty spikes are brutal

If you love Shin Megami Tensei games, then I'm sure you'll love this game. It does share various similarities, yet it is refreshing to see another company moving into this type of Pokemon like RPG.
