In Dynasty Warriors 9, you will experience an immersive open world adventure featuring the signature “One Versus Thousands” style action in the series' most ambitious entry to date. The players will explore China as it existed when feudal warlords vied for dominance over the land – the waning days of the Han dynasty and emergence of the Three Kingdoms era. Setting out to complete various objectives, players will utilize an unprecedented world map to navigate and traverse a variety of different landscapes ranging from vast plains to snow-covered peaks presented with dynamic day/night and weather cycles. So... There was an advertisement that said Preorder bonus of Steelbook case. And when i picked it up... There wasnt. Was it a mis advertisement? Also im an employee

At the time I pre-ordered, there was no mention of the Steelbook, just a Bonus DLC for costumes (which I also wanted). When I picked-up the game I was pleasantly surprised to get a Steelbook also! So I was lucky in this regard. I know sometimes the stores only get a few and the first few people to pick them up get them (unless there is a separate item on the purchase for it where it is tracked). If some stores had delayed shipment, best thing to do is go in and talk to mgr and ask if the cases come in, can they call you and keep one for you (assuming you had a pre-order)? My local GS staff is excellent and tries to take care of thing to make you happy as much as they can. So, short answer is YMMV for getting Steelbook. Ask staff and see what they can do. Note that most bonuses say "while supplies last" but in the case of delayed shipment to stores, this will vary.

I also ran into the problem of GameStop advertising a steelbook with the pre order copy. Just picked my copy up now an no steelbook. That is one of the main reasons I pre ordered it. Is there something I'm missing?
