Good Questions... couple things: 1. True heavy bag session will be much more vigorous than BoxVR. There is no footwork with BoxVR. Also, since only hitting air in BoxVR- the tactile feedback is not there and no bag sway. 2. BoxVr is great for cardio, its basically like shadow boxing with no footwork. 3. Never had any issue with fog, but I don't sweat much... also, very little head movement with BoxVr (occasional duck or slip, but nothing like real boxing, or real spar / heavybag session)
