After two weeks of usage, i started experience slow or late responses when i click a button. So i went back to game stop for an exchange more so i had bought one year insurance just in case some happened. This time i picked the golden color control pad and it works fine no prob.

I actually already figured this one out by using an Xbox one wireless controller and it is AMAZING!! I have a lot of GBA, PSP and the likes emulator game, but I needed mobile game pad. All along I could've use and wireless controller

Is there an insurance for the remote

No there was not. Unless it doesn't power on straight out of the box (even when charged), they will consider it "wear and tear" and sadly that is not reason enough for them to refund or exchange.

Is it all magma red

just the base is magma like the top where the controls are. where you grip the controller or the underside of it is a darker red. this is the better version of the red controller. the other one is cheap but this is the nice one.. I have two of them
