No you are only able to map each of the buttons to one thing, but you can map it to any button on the controller.

It still has the headphone jack on it. Also it takes sometime to get use to it.
It gets it's power from the controller. It uses barely any power, so it doesn't really affect the controller battery life either. Its everything you are hoping it will be, completely worth it.
It's not. The PS5 controller doesn't have the same ports on the bottom this connects to.
The Playstation Back Button attachment gives you two additional buttons that you can map with any button on the dualshock. You cannot however remap the default buttons on the dualshock itself.
