Please keep in mind these games are not GTA Japan. They are story games with some fighting and shooting thrown in. The voice acting is in Japanese so you will be reading the subtitles. For fans of the series this is nothing new, but if you do not like this series nothing in this game will change your mind. If you are worried about not knowing the story, there is a refresher in the game to catch you up.

This game has you relive a story about four protagonist in one city and explore things around the city that helps you progress through the story. My favorite characters are Goro Majima, Kiryu, Saejima and Akiyama. This game has great features and graphics.

When the ps3 was big, i had downloaded the yakuza 3&4 demos but never sought much later. Yakuza 0 came out and that brought me back in. After a long journey through shipping waiting times of Yakuza 1-3, 4 has gotta be one of the best ones in the ps3 era.

I am looking forward to continuing playing the whole Yakuza series.

I didn't think I would like like this game, I found the level of attention and detail that went into the graphics and overall quality of gameplay to be quite impressive you can tell they put a lot of thought, time, and energy into the game to make the player feel like they were playing the game through the eyes of the character, futuristic even... I hope that when I reach the completion of the game that it will allow me to go back and explore the game in a sandbox type environment

I am so glad this was the first game to feature different characters to play. Each character has something to love about. The story is the same, and just as awesome as the rest of the games. I really love the underground and rooftop addition. Definitely pick this up if you're in the mood for an action brawler. The cutscenes are pretty long, filled with tons of plot, it feels like a movie. Not a bad thing. Also, when you're done with the main story, you can roam around town and wear different costumes!

this game is the best game I have ever played. I would definitely choose it over Grand Theft Auto because unlike Grand Theft Auto there is a lot of stuff to do. This game is also pretty appropriate compared to Grand Theft Auto. You can explore an accurately re-made Tokyo. This game also accurately portrays Japanese society and culture. Out of the things to do, to name JUST A VERY FEW you can visit hostess clubs (these are not inappropriate, all these are is where you buy a girl a drink and talk to her), get in randomly generated fights, buy weapons, get girlfriends, just plain explore, get drunk, and even shop in malls. You can be a good guy though, all the things you do are YOUR choice. Also get Dead Souls if you want this game with a new story and ZOMBIES!!!! Pretty much a better Dead Rising. This is my favorite game ever and get's a 10/10 in pretty much every aspect from me.

This game is a lot of fun. Of course it's not without its problems, but this game is worth your time. One of the only problems I have with this game is that their are no English voices, so unless you speak Japanese you'll be reading a lot of subtitles. Other than that though there is a lot to love and a lot of fun to be had with this game.

Great game, great story line that people would enjoy if they started from the beginning of the series. We just need Yakuza 5 now Sega. I needs me my Yakuza 5!

This game was stunning... I was surprised at how the fighting scenes felt... It was plain awesome...
