I scoped Sacred 2: Fallen Angel for the PS3. Indeed, Sacred 2 is one of the largest Diablo-like hack & slash aRPGs, with tons of loot and a huge open world, that I've played. Its not linear. It has its moments with off-putting humor that made me burst out in laughter. It caught me by surprise with the *Blind Guardian* quest, then had the band Blind Guardian and one of their songs in the game ... with a great (out of place) guitar weapon as a reward. Having a metal band in a past-time mythological fantasy setting doesn't make sense, and that's what I loved about it. Don't take me wrong: It takes itself seriously most of the time, and at others it has odd humor, but it works. This is a great game for those who love hack & slash aRPGs. WARNING: just don't think Sacred 3 is anything like this. Sacred 3 is nowhere near as good, and is a whole different style game that shouldn't even have "Sacred" in the title, as its more an arcade game, not an aRPG with tons of loot. Did I mention Sacred 2 is huge? Its huge. Oh, and it does have a couple flaws, but they're easily overlooked. The one that irked me most is that one can only enable one teleporter at a time. It'd have saved hours of walking if the player could enable all of them at once. Over & out.
yes: I recommend this product
