Bought this game as soon as it came out, couldn't wait for there to be an olympic themed game. I played this game for about 40 minutes when it suddenly froze on my system. I wasn't sure if it was the system or the game so I tried other titles on the system (PS3) and they worked fine. When I went to return the game I was told by the salesman that I shouldn't have bought it so soon because their might have been glitches in the game. Why didn't anyone tell me this before I shelled out the *edit* to buy this horrible game? The graphics were good and the game was fun until it CRASHED. If the production company works out some of the kinks, this might actually be a fun, challenging game to play. Maybe before the actual Olympics is over someone will come up with better game.

Super game

I really love this game! It's very challenging, yet easy enough to be competitive the very first day you play it. You will easily find this game addictive and will spend multiple hours playing it. Some of the controls are tricky at first, but you will soon figure it out and find them to be fun and unique. The number of events is overwhelming, so it will take a while for you to get bored of the game. The online is simple awesome, Sega spent a lot of time in this area. Until this game came out I was getting frustrated at the variety of games that were being developed for the 360, I mean how many first person shooters, racing, fighting and sports games can you make. Games like this and Guitar Hero's are totally in a class outside of all the usual repetitive genres.

THIS is the Olympics

As a gamer, a competitor, someone that enjoys playing against and beating (or losing to..) my cousins, I have to say that this is an excellent game. The last Olympic/Track and Field was okay but this one is far above it. It's like you're almost participating in the Olympics. There are so many events to compete in the usual track (100m to 1500 m, hurdles, etc.), field (shot put, discuss, high jump, long jump, etc.), swimming... the usual that you would expect from an olympics game. However, they even have cycling, table tennis (are you kidding me), judo... this game is great. It inspires competitors to get better and your accomplishments are compared to everyone that has the game via psn (playstation network). I wish some of the controls on certain events were a bit more user friendly but it's not a reason to walk away from the game. If you enjoy things of this nature... give this game a run.
