Always a lot of fun. Really nice to play on a more mobile platform like the Nintendo Switch.
Very complex game, but absolutely worth the learning curve! It can be a bit laggy on the switch at times, but is the perfect companion for a long flight or lazy weekend
I got it as a gift for my husband and he loves it. Plays it all that time.
If you love games that require strategy and patience this is the game for you. I love the concept of building and running your own civilization and competing against other civilizations. Basically what happens in real life but much more simplified and unfortunately much more predictable. The game doesn’t use a true AI simulation so at a certain point once you figure out what what a cobs default strategy is, you can easily beat your opponents. Also, if you enjoy dragging games out with slower gameplay, full heartier expect that frequent crashes later in the game. For those reasons I can’t give it a 5 and instead give it a 4
Gameplay is actually really challenging. Could spend a lot of time working to get better at the game. Wish the in-game tips and tutorials were a little more helpful when it can see you are going in the wrong direction.
