I bought this and immediately fell in love with the style it brings, thus an nba jam look alike but maybe a little better. I would totally recommend this game if you loved the arcade game
NBA Playgrounds 1 was better. 2K should have never taken it off the market for consoles. NBA Playgrounds 2 takes getting used to and the navigation within the game menu modes is terrible. NBA Playgrounds 1 had a fun tournament mode where you played against AI to win the tournament missions, but NBA Playgrounds 2 got rid of that for season mode. Season mode sucks because it is only online, as far as I know and with nobody really playing NBA Playgrounds 2 online, despite the fact that it is available in cross platforms, the season mode is extremely flawed. 2K should have allowed you to play season mode locally and/or with AI.
Cheap and fun game especially for younger players.
If you’re like me and you’re a die-hard fan of the classic NBA JAM, you’ll appreciate this. It’s what I call the new modern JAM. Not a fan of having to unlock almost all the players and teams, but the game play’s pretty addicting. I recommend this.
Super fun game. If you loved NBA Jam then you will love this.
