Product Description

Take a trip around the world in the latest entry in the long-running Harvest Moon game series on Nintendo Switch! You'll ride camels across the deserts of Pastilla, venture deep into the snowy mountains of Salmiakki, and even visit a volcano near the cozy mountain town of Lebkuchen!

Can you imagine a world without cabbage, tomatoes, or even carrots? Believe it or not, that's the world you'll find yourself in at the beginning of Harvest Moon: One World, as the Harvest Goddess, the queen of crops herself, has vanished...

However, before the Harvest Goddess disappeared from this world, she imbued the tiny Harvest Wisps with the knowledge of various seeds, thus ensuring the various fruits and vegetables of the world would not be lost. Using the power given to these Harvest Wisps, you'll unlock various seeds as you progress through the game! But the Harvest Wisps can be tricky to find, as they all appear at different times and places. You'll need to use your noggin to make sure you seek out as many of them as you can!

I found it to be a fun and simple game. Though it's very easy to finish the game there's a lot left to do and I find that to be a reason to keep playing it.

The game starts off kind of slow. It is enjoyable, but it takes a long time to get into the game.

Preordered this game and from the beginning I was disappointed. It feels unfinished, it lacks all the charm of earlier harvest moon game, and it is glitchy. You get seeds for crops one at a time from sprites that are all over the map and come and go at different times. The majority of characters don’t have names, when you have to trade in an animal it is “released into the wild” so you can’t sell it, the game crashes regularly, and the graphics are childish. It’s the worst of the worst and I wish I could get my money and time back.

Cons: The game has MAJOR glitches, dialog is boring at best, and everything is too expensive. Saving up for a good horse, for example, took me almost 2 in game months to get and that is not even factoring in that animals die after 1-3 years and crops sell for pennies.... Pros: The characters are designed well in appearance, it DOES feel like an open world/ one world (albeit a empty one), and I managed to sink in over 40 hours into the game before I started to feel bored. Overall, I enjoyed the game to an extent whilst waiting for the much better Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, but if you are short on cash OR if this is your first farming game in general.....I suggest staying away from this one.

Empty is the only thing I can think to describe this game. It’s not too hard or to easy or too anything for that matter. It plays like a prototype needing a year or two of gameplay and content to really make it a game. All of these games usually have huge flaws but redeem themselves in other ways. I was prepared for that. But this is so disappointing I’ll forever doubt Natsume and won’t be buying anything else they publish till I have a chance to see it first. I’d sell it back to GameStop but I fear some poor unsuspecting gamer would also waste their money on it it.

I can't figure out how to save the hame
Dinky11 year ago
A:
There are two ways to save in Harvest Moon: One World, with the most straightforward way being to do so just before you sleep. When you go to your bed, you’ll have the option to ‘Sleep’ or ‘Save and sleep.’ Selecting the latter will move the game forward and allow you to pick a save slot to keep your progress. You can also save in Harvest Moon: One World by opening the DocPad, going to the Save/Load tab, and selecting the ‘Save’ option.
