Q: Is this an online game?

Best Answer :

The main game can be played single-player or local co-op (though I would strongly recommend playing with another person), and has an online multiplayer mode where you can play with other people over the internet.

My wife and I like to play these kinds of goofy multiplayer games together, Its always a great time when we sit down to play this game together. We played the first Overcooked game and loved it! This new one defiantly upped the visual aspect of the game and added tons of even crazier scenarios and kitchens to cook in. Highly recommend playing this with friends or partner.

I bought this game 1 year ago and I recently started playing it again. It is even more fun than I remember and I play it whenever I’m with my friends. Overcooked2 is just as fun as the first game and doesn’t disappoint with fun new maps and a intriguing story mode. I have to say that recording you and your friends playing couch arcade is hilarious. For me, we always end up shouting instructions and yelling each time one of us fell of the map. I can’t find any flaws in this game but perhaps some find it a little difficult to teach others to play. I would recommend this game for anyone.

A colorful, task-based game designed for co-op mode. I like the graphics and the menu design. The levels can be frustrating when it's easy to fall off of cliffs or rafts. The single mode still requires shifting between mulitple chefs with lowered goal targets.

I was looking for a game to buy for my niece's birthday when I came across this game. Initially, I had my doubts, seeing how I've never heard of it before or its predecessor. Man, this game is fun. My niece loves to play it. She loves how increasingly challenging it gets. Also, it's definitely a lot more fun playing alongside others. Two thumbs up.

good game and real simple - whats not simple to understand is why is a game that looks like its meant for kids SO HARD !!! its simple at first it is but the learning curve shot up to a 90Degree angle after a few levels Dont get me wrong this is a master piece of a game but its incredibly hard especially if youre using as a team building exercise

It's a bit tough at first to figure out, but it's fun and very fast paced. Things could go wrong and cause a panic. Great game for the kids, just takes practice.

Overcooked 2 is pretty solid

It's really good for when you have a bunch of friends over. Controls do feel kind of slippery and it's sometimes hard to pick up the right item you want. On a good note, it is both easy and challenging, giving you a chance to become a master but also you can play more casually. (As casual as a wild kitchen can get.)
