Retro GameCube Controller Hub for Nintendo Switch
Please Note: Retro Controller Hub can only be used when the Switch is in the dock.
This is compatible with ALL nintendo switch games. However, some games require more buttons then what are made available on the original gamecube controller. In this circumstance, those buttons will not be usable. Thus, if those buttons are necessary for game play...then your gaming experience will be incomplete or even impossible on the gamecube controller. So, it's only best to use the gamecube controller for games that do not require more buttons then what is available on the original gamecube controller. For example: some games require 4 trigger buttons. In this case, the gamecube controller will not work since it only allows for 2 trigger buttons and 1 bumper button...one button will be missing in that situation.
From what i seen on youtube there is a slight, like verrry slight input lag not even noticable. They use these converters at smash ultimate tournaments. So if they are good enough for a pro you should be good! :)
It should as long as you have the dongle for it.
nope, totally different plug.
I own both the official and this Nyko adapter, bought for Smash bros. there is next to zero input lag there were a few videos of people comparing them with different controllers and there was less than a half frame of input lag.
I wouldn’t risk it. I had a controller get stuck in the second port really tight and I needed a vice and a pipe wrench to get it out. It’s clearly a cheaply made product.
Yes but you won't need it you can plug it on the side
