Better off with the sequel and the 94 remakeThe NES version of DK is the definition of a port that hasn't aged well. This is missing the pie factory level which is the most famous level in the game. DKJr might make you feel bad for playing the original but at least it tried to show contrast o DK & Mario even if it wound make making the perky plumber unlikable. Plus it felt like the precursor to the climbing levels in the true Super Mario Bros 2.
