Two brain-dead California teenagers, with a combined vocabulary of approximately 75 words, travel back in time to corral various historical figures for a class presentation that just might keep the pair from failing history most heinously. Napoleon, Socrates, Billy The Kid, Sigmund Freud and Mozart are among those who journey forward in time with the duo in order to give the youth of California eye-witness accounts of the awesome pageant that is world history. Most excellent.

If there was an 11 it would be "Most Excelent!"This movie is hilarious, a little cheesy sometimes but what do you expect, it's was from the 80's.
So I don't wanna ruin the plot but pretty much two Teenagers get a Time Machine and go on a series of adventures throughout different time periods so they can meet historical figures.
It's about an hour and a half or so, has very little language on only like 2 innuendos. I believe it's PG but could probably pass for G, even though there is mild Violence but is very cartoonish.
Probably the only better movie I've ever seen on the psp than this was casino royal, which is also very awesome.
