Great concept. This game is a great game for working out using fighting, which is a more interesting way than running or something, in my opinion. However, my game ALWAYS freezes up. I have to restart the Wii once, sometimes twice in pretty much every work out. What's bad about it is that when it does that, I have to go back and skip the exercises that I've already done, so it shows that I didn't complete them. If it didn't freeze and have trouble with response from the Wii remote so much, it would be a perfect 10 for this game.

Useful Workouts, HORRIBLE ResponseI just got the UFC trainer game. FYI, I weight train daily, but lack on cardio, thus the reason for purchasing the game. The workouts are great for those without ideas of their own and there is plenty to choose from. They also really make you sweat and work hard. HOWEVER, the response of the controllers on the Wii SUCK. If you REALLY want accurate results (I DO!) then do not get this game. I am so angry when I do the workouts and the sets are not be counted. I can't take it! I am going to return this one and try it on the PS3, look for another review there once I try it!
