Jumpers, people with a genetic anomaly that enables them to teleport themselves instantaneously to anywhere on the globe, have existed for centuries. An age-old battle rages between the Jumpers and the Paladins, a clandestine organization set on eliminating them from the planet. Jump Away Please!!!Jumper the game is by far the worst game to come out in a decade, and the Wii version is probably the worst game ever made. The only thing worse is Atari’s most famous game E.T. I’m serious the game has nothing going for it. The storyline is nothing but mediocre. While it has some moments, it just does not cut it in today’s gaming world. If you haven’t seen the movie, the story fallows a Jumper named Griffin, who is hell bent on finding his parent’s killers called the Paladins, no not large women that can crush you with massive swords, Paladins are trained assassins that will stop at nothing to rid the world of Jumpers. Also Jumpers are people with the power to teleport themselves to whereever they want to be. So to put it in basic terms the story has too many holes to make the game an experience worth entertaining. The graphics in this game are very low for this day and age, and the framerate is so sketchy that it can’t even stabilize itself for less than a minute. Sometimes I even had problems with whole floors and walls disappearing, well maybe the Jumpers transported them to Egypt or even Cambodia. The cut-scenes are even blocky and do not accompany the game well at all. The controls are even worse than the game looks, which confused me to the point of frustration. Also the repetitive enemies are somewhat of nuisance. And what is with the AI? It is slower then Paris Hilton reading a book. Well there are nice finisher moves where you can send enemies to remote locations and places which are quite smashing to say the least, but it does not occur often which is a shame because it is one of the better points in the game. Though this game had one are two cool features, it just fell hard. This game can be an example for all rushed movie to game products, so all I have say to the game is to jump itself away to a remote island on a different planet.
