Go With the Gamecube.I had this game for GC a long time ago. It was my favorite game, then we got a Wii for Christmas. So, I thought I would get it for Wii. I was very disapointed. At the beginning of the game, I was mad that my character couldn't be a girl. The whole game was basically the same as the GC version, but the controls were hard to use. Just go with the GC.

Gamecube, or Wii....I thought that this game would be better then the GC version, but you cant be a girl(not that i would want to be), and the controls mess up more. P.S.- the reason I complained about being a girl is because I have a little sister that loves this game, so I was hoping to get it for her, but, honestly, I'll take the GC version instead.

Pretty good game overall, could've been better. It's the exact same as the GameCube version just without the gender option. Just get the GameCube version.

BADi really didnt like this one, i previousley had the harvest moon for nintendo DS (original one) and i enjoyed that one so i thought i would upgrade and try this one out. well im quite upset that i paid what i did, in store i paid 30$ for used and when i got it home, i couldnt save! the graphics are ok, could have better but the camera angles are horrible the loading screen is kind of annoying but you can get used to that and i didnt know you couldnt be a girl which is a reason i got the game. i liked how you can expand your farm i think that was the only thing that i liked about the game, the story line wasnt the greatest and it was kind of confusing. liked the characters around town. maybe the game was more difficult to understand because i didnt have the original packaging so i had no clue how to play at all will be returning this one for tree of tranquility!
