a casual racing game...with a steering wheel...This is my full review of this game, to start out, GT pro series is a generic racing game that has been released for the Wii in its early year when the Wii was released....
The product came with the game itself and a steering wheel that has the ubisoft logo on it(which I think its awesome since I am a fan of ubisoft) for a bundle for $20 dollars..when you look at the box-its obvious that the game looks like a simple racing game...which in fact it is...and the graphics is cell shaded graphics(i personally like the cell shaded graphics for some odd reason..) I am sure many people that looks at the box will be turned down of its “casual/average racing game and bad graphics..”
First lets talk about the controls....you hold your wii mote like a classic NES controller, or like your driving a car....the controls work fine and you can use your steering wheel to make it feel more realistic as possible, and it responds perfectly when you are playing the game...
second the options...you can play single player mode, multi-player mode(which can be up to 4 players), and champion ship mode(where you will usually will be on....) this game however is quite short, I beat the champion ship mode in two day's i'm dead serious!! once you choose your mode you get to choose over 15 cars in the game already unlocked, (in order to unlock them all you have to finish champion mode...) and choose your color and race...
Third the gameplay, since I already mention that the racing game is generic, there isn't much to say then, just pick your car choice and color and try to win first...in the beginning of the game its real easy to win first place, there is some challenge in the end of the world cup, but its still fairly easy to win if you just time your turns right....95% you will be in first place, I'm quite serious...
fourth which you saw this coming...is the graphics....its cell shaded graphics!! nothing much to say, unless you hate these kind of graphics then skip it, but if you don't mind then there's no problem at all....
overall this game is quite basic, you win some races to unlock parts for your car and unlock cars, and thats about it. I will only recommend this game to causal gamers, since its really a basic racing game....so its best to just skip this game and get yourself Mario kart wii...non the less I enjoyed this game for myself... if you don't know how to decide then rent it first....overall I give this game (with the steering wheel) a 6/10...

One of the first racing games released for WIII have to say that this is one of my favorite racing games of all time. What amazes me most about this game is the control of the car you have with the WII remote. When I bought my version it came with a plastic steering wheel that I think adds a little more control over steering. Several other racing titles such as need for speed can certainly take a look at the control aspect of this game. All cars even in drift races handle flawlessly. Career mode starts off pretty easy and gets more challenging as you progress through. Although you can customize your cars performance there should be more options to tune. The graphics are semi-cell shaded and probably on par with dragonball z budokai tenkichi for the PS2. Nothing impressive but not hard to look at either. Sound in this game is terrible. It sounds like they stole the sound efftects from crusin' usa. If you are a hardcore gamer like me that wants to have fun and not care about graphics, this game is the game for you. You should definitely rent this game.

Kind of sort ofGT Pro Series is a game of many challenges and certain levels of excitement. Throughout the game you may find yourself challenging your family and/or friends with their multi-player action. Various levels of single-player mode allows you to choose what qualities you want in the race and what car you may want to be in, however, the levels of racing are as follows (1,2,3,4...................). This game includes customized painting, lighting, engineering, and much more that you may rig into your car. And the sound made for the game entices you to raise up your tv's volume up to 100 or more (depending on your tv but, it's all the same, anyways). On the bad side you might think your choices; the games animation are bad but, the games functional value is more than what is bad. And with the games GOOD to EXCELLENT controls, vehicle and track, variety, and interface you should take a chance at playing it.
