Three Okay Games with Twice as Many Bad OnesIf you're looking for a game with a large amount of quality minigames, keep looking. If you're looking for a good darts or shuffleboard game, this one could work. Those (along with the mediocre trivia game) are the only enjoyable games in this. All of the others are either impossible to control or just no fun. The avatars in the game look horrible and act just plain strange (they dust their shirts off every other turn). Only get this for the darts, shuffleboard, and trivia game, and you won't have your expectations set too high. Otherwise, prepare to be dissapointed by low amount of quality in this title.

Well worth itI, as a wii gamer, play lots of games. Out of all the minigame collections Ive played, this is one is one of the better ones. Yes, being developed by Midway has its ups and downs, but overall, its a good game. This game is like all all the mediocre mini game titles. There is a menu with some games and you pick what you want to play. Darts and Shuffle board are the games you can get into by yourself or with friends. Hoop shoot is the only other game that you can really 'play'. Otherwise, you should try to avoid all the other games, as their controls and replay ability are horrible. As for the characters, you can get up to 225 and they all pretty much look the same with minor adjustments. The reason I said this game was good was the multiplayer. My family or friends are playing wii with me and they always say "Lets play game party" and then I say "Na, that has no good games". I'm obviously not getting the point. Game Party might not be the most fun game for a experienced gamer like myself, but it sure attracts the average person. What I'm saying is that Game Party is more of a multiplayer experience then a solo run. If your in a non-gamer family, have a wii, and have some cash to spare, then I think Game party is for you.

Serious Buissness Man from
Game Party, not so goodGame Party should be on a bottom 100. In Game Party, you can play in different modes, Trivia, Darts, Air Hockey, etc. Interface is terrible because this game won't take you any time. This game has absolutely no challenge, only some of the trivia questions are considered hard. In Statics nothing even mediocre. As for Team Playing, is the only reason you might come back to this game. This you'll probably won't want to come back to this game for multiplayer though, cause it is only mediocre. Graphics are just as good as the multiplayer gameplay (it is only mediocre). There are plenty of avatars to choose from (the karate guy, normal woman, normal guy, business man, etc). This still doesn't mean the graphics are good though. These graphics are under the mii graphics, which you can't even use. Overall Game Party is a terrible game, and you'd be better of saving $**.

Pookie Rocks! from
Loved the Darts! My boyfriend and I like to play games together so we bought this one thinking that all the games would be two player but they're not! So we were a little unhappy about that. We can't play ski ball or hoops together. We played the air hockey on there but it was really hard to move, it felt awkward. We played the shuffle board a few times but it can get a little boring. Basically the only game we play on there is the darts! We love the darts, they're really fun! It's set in an English pub and has pub music playing in the background. There are four different game plays: high score, 501, 701 and cricket (our fave) so even though we don't really like the rest of the games we don't mind we spent the money for this one because the darts are really fun. However if you have a dart game for the wii or know of a cool one then you don't need this game. We basically spent $** for a dart game. Hope this review helped!

A Ok Party StarterOk Wii and party games can be like peanut butter and jelly, but for the most part party games can get old and dry very fast as is the case of this one. Game Party is one that you would play for about ten minutes and then want to find the real deal. Game Party controls are not as good as I would have expected and being on a motion sensitive controller it down right bad. It does have some good points to it like darts and the interface for the trivia game is good to work with. It is just not enough to say I walked away with a great experience. There are 7 games in all and most of them are better played in real life. The skill ball controls are so clunky that it makes me sick just talking about it, and if you play hoop shot you will most likely miss; but if you so happen to get it in I would say you got lucky. The air hockey game is probably the most entertaining game in Game Party but again I rather go to the Fun Factory and play it in real life. The Trivia Contest Game is boring and easy with most of the questions being easy to solve. The graphics are reasonably ok for the Wii, but I’m not saying their great more or less a good GameCube render. There are some nice locations to play these games in with nice sounds, but the characters look more like wooden figures that don’t complement the game well, but does set a variety in characters with over 150. So if you’re looking for a game that you want to entertain with. This game can probably set the tone for a little while but make sure you change the game before your friends get mad at you.
