The best Cabela Hunting Game there is!If you like hunting in real life or just in games this is the Best there is for Wii or anything else! I bet this game in one day but it still felt like I bet in in years, it's not hard it's just that you feel like you are a true great shooting hunter! It's so intense that you always watch your back in this game! It's a great shooting game the controls could not have been better the graphics are amazing and the sound is incredible. Th Cabela people who made this game did an outstanding job on everything from shooting bears to just walking around in Africa looking for the Great Lion lol. Overall if you buy this game you will not be upset about it at all you will enjoy each shot and step you make in this game no doubt about it at all. I hope you enjoyed my review and hope you go buy this game.

Awesome GameWhen I got this game home I started playing it. After two hours I was about half way done. Also I played it with no blaster and found that fun. In the first level you get attacked by a Grizzly and I would suggest using your .357 Magnum Semi-Automatic Pistol. When you get close to the first trophy animal you can't move any farther or it will run away and have to restart. There are ten levels to this game and your get attacked by animals every other level. When I played it I beat it in about four hours. The best gun to kill attacking animals is the 30-06 Semi-Automatic Rifle, the 12Ga Auto-Loader shotgun, and the .500 Magnum Revolver. Try to avoid the Muzzle loader and crossbow because they take forever to load but you have to us the crossbow for two levels on everything except birds and weasels. Over all I found this game pretty interesting but I like real hunting better.

Could not stop playing itI must say that I was not expecting this game to be as fun as it was. It was not very challenging though but I ended up playing this game till about 4 in the morning, I was completely addicted. The graphics were decent but there were a few buggy areas. I used the Wii perfect shot for this game and that made it more enjoyable. Since I do not hunt in real life this game was realistic enough to let me have the experience without even having to leave my home or actually having to kill any animals. Even people who do go hunting normally would enjoy this game as well because you get to do some hunting the average hunter would not get to do like go to Africa, and hunt in New Zealand. I did beat the game rather quickly though so I am going to go back and try it on a harder difficulty I would definitely recommend this game to others.

Some good, some notI received this as a birthday present, I might not have purchased it on my own. The graphics and quality of the game are extremely well done (no surprise with Cabela name attached). I'll preface everything else by saying, I don't like to read directions, I just enjoy the gaming itself. SO, I jumped into this game, started shooting around, and it responded pretty well. I even used the rifle accessory to make it a little more "lifelike" if that's possible with a Wii remote. The first couple of adventures, you're chasing big game, but there really isn't any challenge to it. You can scope out the animals from far away and literally just pick them off from 500 yards. They don't even know you're hunting them. Not much fun in that. It'd be a little more interesting with a bow and arrow where you'd have a limping animal or something to chase after, but this game really wasn't for me. If you like sitting in a tree and taking random target practice, it might be a good game for you. I was really hoping for a little more adventure, and something else coming after me. There's plenty of running around, and some basic objectives, but I don't see it as a well thought out game. Good for some, just not me.

Cabelas Big Game Hunter WiiThis game was fun at first, but the trophies aren't hard to beat & there weren't enough animals. It seriously took me only about five or six hours to beat this game. This is a good game for beginners though;but it's not challenging to me because I've been playing Cabelas games since I was 4. It's hard to keep you arm steady to aim though. It's easier with the Wii Zapper. Okay game though. GRAHICS: The graphics were EXCELLENT for a Wii game!!!!!!!!!!!! The animals looked so real. Their features were just so detailed. AWESOME!!!!!!! SOUND: The sound was really good! Every time a deer would trot by it sounded awesome. When more heavily bodied animals ran by, it was louder. And when squirrels and other small game ran by, it was only a pitter patter noise. LOCATION: Africa, Argentina, North America, Canada, all over the world!!! CHALLENGE: This game has a pretty poor challenge. As noted above, I beat this game in five or six hours. GEAR: There weren't a lot of items to choose from. Overall this is a good game!! 8/10
