An "okay" Avatar game...To me, avatar the last airbender was and still is my favorite show, it had alot of hits, and alot of hits on the games too. when the very first Avatar video game came out, I had it for GBA and DS, it was a different story but some how still fun. When Avatar: The Burning Earth came out, I was impressed. It had real character casting voices in it and felt like you were playing each episode. Then "Into The Inferno" came, I was really excited. After I played I was a little dissappointed, I thought it was going to be better then the burning earth. though it tried to cover most of seasons 3 episodes, they missed some of the most important episodes and details, and defeating fire lord Ozai was way to easy. It was worth buying though only because of the gameplay, because yes the bending is fun, and playing each of the characters to.

not badIf your looking at this game your probably wanting to be the avatar just like I did when I first looked at it. Well it does a good job giving you the feel of actually moving the elements around with your controller but the problem is with the many different combinations you have with a Wii your abilities are limited. The game allows you to move and interact with things in the environment, such as a puddle of water. You can move a small amount around to damage foes or fill things that are part of what are to me puzzles in this game. You can also bend earth to make platforms or throw rocks around depending on who you are. Sounds cool right? Yea its awesome exactly what the game should be about. So to be able to move fire, rocks and air balls around in the air makes this game very entertaining. You might wonder if there is much fighting? Well when you are confronted you do have to fight on average 4 enemies at a time and sometimes up to 7. Most if not all locations allow you to switch between two characters also allowing coop play for those that were wondering. So your thinking awesome I get to fight lots of enemies freeze them, throw rocks at them and burn them with a hint of fire. Yes you do but know that half if not most of this game is puzzle. You have to figure out how to advance to the next area by using the abilities of one or both of your characters and it becomes quite a challenge and will sometimes make your head spin. Puzzles huh? No sweat I just want to bend something. Well if that's how you feel you should know that this game is very short and if you do plan on playing Coop it will be much easier. You only die in coop if both players die. If one dies and the other is still alive the dead one comes back in 10 seconds. This makes boss fights super easy. OK well I've told you its easy and short. How short? Well by percentages i finished 90% of it in about 7 hours of play and 3 of those was coop. But 90% isnt the whole game you say. No its not but its the part that matters. The controls aren't hard if your used to wii's, though you have to get used to aiming the remote at the reciever. Overall its a fun game I Just wish it had more content and a larger pool of abilities. I hope this helped someone. Dont let what i said discourage you. I knew the game was going to be short when I got it but the avatar fan I am I just had to bend something. Thanks for reading.

A Pretty Good GameWarning: This info has information on what you will be playing so if you don't want that info, don't read this. Avatar Into the Inferno is a pretty good game. The game is pretty much linked to the story line. You start out as Aang in the episode The Awakening and then keep going until you reach the movie Sozin's Comet. There are a limited amount of characters since you can only play as 2 at a time. So like in battle, you could only play with Aang and katara or sokka and toph and other combinations. The air glider mode is pretty good too. You can soar around islands looking for money and hidden art. I think that the game could have a little more content like for the storyline, you do some more things the characters did. There were parts of the game like from the episode The Painted Lady and The Invasion. But they would leave out the other episodes. The fighting was pretty good but the bosses near the end of the game were pretty hard. I've had the game for about 3 days and I am 72% through it. It goes pretty fast. The hardest part is when you are at the Western Air Temple. Overall, I think that this is a good game but if they spent just a little more time on it, there would be more content and the game would be better even though it's good already.
