Collect hidden artifacts, find weapon upgrades, battle bosses, and play dozens of pinball mini-games as Samus shows how powerful her morphball ability can be. Tables based on classic Metroid Prime regions, including Phendrana Drifts and Magmoor Caverns provide challenge and intense action.
* Multi-Mission Mode -- Play through six different pinball table regions, each with its own Metroid theme and game-play style. Collect hidden artifacts, find weapon upgrades, battle bosses, and play dozens of pinball mini-games in your quest to unlock to new regions and battle Metroid Prime.
* Wireless Mission – Metroid Prime Pinball features the world's first simultaneous 8-player game play on the DS. Knock the drop targets to release Metroid enemies on your opponents' tables as they try to beat you to the top score. The game features wireless upload multiplayer-play using a single game card.
* Single Mission – This mode features two single-player modes. In Score Attack you play a traditional pinball game on the board of your choice. Try to collect extra balls, because if you run out, it's game over. In Time Attack you try to defeat a boss in the fastest time possible.

Great Pinball FunMetroid Pinball is a really good game I passed up on all those many years ago, and as a huge pinball and Metroid fan I have no idea why I did. The game is set up a bit unexpectedly. There are essentially 2 main tables, and 4 or so "boss" tables, but they all interconnect with each other. So, if you're playing the main mission mode, you can start on either of the two tables to begin collecting the artifacts. Defeating the bosses, and completing the missions will net you artifacts, and I'm assuming once you get them all you'll start this game's wizard mode. I haven't achieved that feat yet, but I am having a great time none the less. This game runs at what feels like a silky smooth 60FPS too, which is a really nice change from Zen Pinball on the 3DS. Normally I will gush over Zen Pinball but that was a really bad port....anywho buy this game if you're like me and think about it over 10 years later lol.

This is a splendid pinball game. For all of those metroid fans out there this is a pleasure to own. Knocking around Samus' morphball and shooting all sorts of enemies with the amazing soundtrack is absolutely wondrous. For anyone who enjoys metroid or pinball I would greatly recommend this game.

goodthis game is hard to describe, but there are tables based on metroid prime, and some interesting challenges, such as defeating enemies from the metroid universe, multi ball challenges, a wall jump, and others. and it's pretty satisfying as a time waster.
