Personal experience with the copy I have caused system to softlock. Generally disappointing after playing the remastered Luigi’s mansion on the same system.

What’s the difference between the Nintendo select and regular game for Luigi’s mansion dark moon for N3DS?

Nintendo Selects, formerly Player's Choice, is a marketing label used by Nintendo to promote video games on current Nintendo game consoles that have sold well. It’s basically just showing that a lot of people have enjoyed the game the two versions have no difference other than the logo on the cover.
