Godzilla: Unleashed is a fighting game on a gigantic scale – players are thrust into a world in which monsters are larger than life and the mother of all giants reigns. Specially designed for the Wii, the intuitive wand motions allow you to unleash your inner monster; battle with the legendary Godzilla and a slew of the most renowned monsters in a challenge to ultimately save the planet from mayhem and complete annihilation. Godzilla: Unleashed provides an environment perfect for epic worldwide obliteration with interactive 3D cityscapes, an innovative non-linear storyline, big destructible buildings, soaring skyscrapers and towering alien crystal formations. No major city is safe from total destruction as players claw, kick, stomp, throw, and blast each other in order to claim the title: King of the Monsters.
Multiplayer modes supporting up to four players;
A completely redesigned massively destructive 3D fighting system;
Innovative and re-playable non-linear storyline;
23 playable monsters including classic and new Toho (original creators of Godzilla) approved monsters;
A minimum of eight intensely destructible environments featuring partial building pieces and updated physics;
Inventive fighting mechanics including power-up upgrades, breath weapons, hand-to-hand combat, grappling moves, and more.
The game works well with the motion control pf the wii sticks. The graphics are good for the time frame the game came out. I love the fact that there are more characters in the wii version than are in the playstation version. Would highly recommend this game to any die hard Godzilla fan.
Bought for my nine year old son. He played on the Wii U . He liked it , controls were a little funky, hard to control. Grafics were good and many monsters to choose from. Good for a young child if you only have a Wii.
What can I say? My favorite Godzilla game and here's why: This is what a Godzilla game should be. The music is phenomenal! The monsters look amazing! The fighting system is just perfect for a fighting game. The controls are fun! It's just overall a great game. Nothing is wrong with it, I don't see any problems with it. It's the Godzilla game I've wanted as a kid. It's just the perfect Godzilla game.
This game is amazing! It takes in 28(?) of Toho's kaiju into a great battle. Great to play with friends too, up to 4 players makes it way better. The only thing I don't like is that if it had some other monsters as well (some playable on the ps2 version) like Showa Gigan and Battra
Godzilla+ video game = A fun fighting game
Although the graphics are nothing to brag about, the game is still a fun game to play with a freind over. The fighting is the highlight of the game, but my favorite part is when you just destroy the cities for points.
So the game is fun to play, and im glad i own it for the wii
