Don king boxing is a ok game

I brought Don King boxing and I thought it was pretty good. The game is not the best game i ever played . I see that Wii does not make as good boxing games as good as ps2 does like fight night 2004, round 2, or round 3. one thing I did not like about the game is the camera is behind you and you can see thought yourself it looks very not real. Also they do not have any good boxers. All the boxers are from the 1930s to the 1960s or so. One the career mode you can't pick your boxer you are "The Kid". Also on that mode you can not lose or keep going you have to redo that fight. One thing that was good about the game was the music they have eye of the tiger and much more. They have cool rings and places. Also the way you punch it is like you are really punching in real life.

Good, but...

I have been and still am looking for a decent boxing game. This one is the best I have found so far, but still could be better. I hated the music. I turn it off. Creating your own boxer would be nice, but there is a good story to follow in career mode until you lose. If you cannot beat a certain boxer you are stuck. One path sucks. Once you lose you do not go down another path and fight another boxer, you keep on fighting him until you beat him and unlike most the boxers in the manual these have no scouting reports/bios so you know nothing until you fight them. I found Controls are easy to use and like real punches, but a little hard to master especially for upper cuts and defense. I swung the remote and nunchuk every which way I could and rarely got the uppercut to work or it worked as another punch. I may be mistaken, but training has increased MY skills. Too bad it does not help my boxer. Only fighting through the story does that. Only thing training does is unlock certain items and gives you accomplishments, but does nothing for your boxer! Good game, but not for full price. I was lucky to find a used copy already, which should have been a clue, and I thought that was over priced. No developers seem to want to create good games for the Wii. I realize a different market than XBox and PS2/3, but could be some great games if they could develop for the controllers. Maybe controller are the problem. Just one point of view and my opinion.
