Whether or not you'll enjoy this addition to the Crash Bandicoot franchise will probably depend on which era of gaming you're from. The retro Crash fans who played his games on the PS1 will probably notice that this game veers very far away from the traditional Crash formula, even as far as the removal of his trademark spin attack and lack of platforming in general. If you're a big fan of his old games then you probably won't like this one because it's basically a "beat-em-up" and it takes away from everything appealing about the old Crash. If you're a newer gamer or generally haven't played Crash Bandicoot games before, then this one can be rather fun and entertaining! It's got a pretty simple concept, it's easy to play, and the graphics are pretty crisp for a Wii title, so "Crash of the Titans" is especially great for children. The background music is far from memorable, but the enjoyable multiplayer mode makes up for it, as you can play with a friend on story mode and help each other out. The humor in the story mode is a tad dry, but if you can look passed the cheesy jokes and the dull music, then this one is tons of fun! I recommend it for kids and casual gamers.
