dont get this game it is not a work out at all. very dumb controls i mean cmon u couldnt find a more inovative way of utilizing the wiimote rather than punching every minute and the game not detecting it? dont buy this game there are much better options for you than this!

I go to cardio kickboxing classes 3-4 times a week so I thought a game like this would be great for the days that I can't make it to the studio for group class...I was SO WRONG! I couldn't get past the "try it" mode. The game never registered any of my moves and the condescending trainer's voice kept saying "Hmmmm, let's try that again". I have tried this on several occasions and HATE IT! I am taking my copy back to GameStop today to trade it in on either EA Sports Active (More Workouts) or Gold's Gym Dance Workout - both of which were highly recommended by kickboxing classmates.

i didn't think i was going to get a workout but i did after the first time...you will get a good quick workout!!
