Pros: refreshing step back from serious tcg games with tons of replay content from a familiar franchise cons: mana is easy to stock up on and some abusive cards It is worth a buy, but could have been worth preordering if it came with some cards So here is how the game works. You have snk, capcom, action, and counter cards. There are 5 mana (trait in this game) colors: white, yellow, red, green, & blue. You start off with 3 white ones and get one at the beginning of each turn along with one for each monster on the field with its' corresponding trait. You can additionally discard cards from your hand (as many as you want) for mana and tap (force in this game) creatures on the field to charge more. To play cards you must follow the specific summoning costs. All monsters can either attack or defend and each player starts off with a certain amount of hp. Once it hits zero then you lose. Each character card has its' own hp and battle points. You goal is to duel your way to the top of the tower and once that happens you get new game plus. Then duel your way up on the other side. There is also battle mode to consider in which you basically can duel all the top level ai over and over again. Some might not want to play against other players online simply because there are some abusive cards that can ruin gameplay.
