A fun little rpg thats tougher to find nowadays, but is fairly priced at G.S. when i found it. When you can attack enemies with food way before paper mario, you know youve found something special!

I LOVE THIS GAME it can seem hard at sometimes but you will end up loving it just like me GET IT!!!!! GET IT!!!!! U WONT REGRET IT!!!!! GET IT!!!!

I loved this game the music is really good. it was almost exactly like the PS One game minus you can't get the creatures to join you i was very un-pleased with that. Other than the creatures not being able to join you this game was amazing and i loved it :)

i wasnt sure what to except when i bought it.i was worried it might be wast of my money.but it was awsome when i played it!i loved it.everything about it was awsome.i love the begining to the end.if you like fighting and anime ish games this game is for you.if you played children of manina and liked it get this!

But don't get me wrong. This game is still just as awesome. I was pretty disappointed in the fact that the musical numbers of this game were in Japanese because I expected them to be in English. I'm still confused as to why they're not in English. But oh well, I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles, eh? It certainly doesn't take any sort of value away from the game, but if you've played the original it's certainly surprising.I was also disappointed in the battle system. Now you can only fight with four people against four people. If you've played Final Fantasy Tactics Advance2 (jeez what a mouthful), the original rhapsody had the same basic battle system where you can fight like six enemies and have more than four characters. I think that was the most disappointing aspect of the entire game.This also isn't the game for you if you must have a game that lasts more than twenty or so hours. I beat it in twelve. But this may also be because I know how the story line goes. Leveling is quite easy and there isn't much variety in the weapons. Your real variety is in puppets and they're pretty spiffy so you should look for all of them. A word of advice, go back to Orange village right after you get the waterstone or you can't obtain Koro the mechanical dog puppet. I didn't buy this game because I needed another RPG to waste hours upon, not that any rpg has ever "wasted my time" except ffx and x-2, I bought it for the sentimental value if that makes any sense. When I played the original for the first time it became one of my all-time favorites and even though it's changed a little, it still remains that way. Anyone who's played the original should get this... even if you have the original.

I LOVE RPGS! I especially loved this game. This it for any girl who wants to be a princess, saves princes, sings, loves puppets, dance or have a pancake attack! Guys will like this also. They have a puppet character that looks like spawn and dragons. It was so Kawaii! You have special attacks like, a pancake, candy, and cake! (I love cake.) Attack when your kansha gauge reaches a certain level. I had the original for my playstation but it got stolen (sad), and i looked everywhere for this game. Then i found out it was coming out for the ds, and i got my preorder in early. Everyone should try this game. I also like that they changed the format of the game and made it not so tactics like. The only thing i did not like about this game was it was too short, but so was the original. Buy this game! You will be sorry if you don't.

I have the original and I'm not impressed. Graphics are a little better and could use some minor changes. The character sprites need a little work but over all fine. Their animations are about the same as the original which I really like. The map is well done and adding a map to the towns and places you go to was a BIG improvement. The sound is great, but the music need to be in English. Not Japanese, because other wise its kinda means that the developer didn't put much effort into the port. The improved sound quality is greatly appreciated. The over all story line is kept the same and has a new fun mini game. With the addition of the new characters adding to the fun and replay value. The use of both screens are near perfect and make it easy to manage your party.
